Angelic Wing

Wow, an hour. Lots of cool detail for that, especially in the cables. I've never seen the cable wings concept before but I think it's great... very cyberpunk, and I'm surprised I haven't seen it done more often as it's just an awesome idea.

You make the bright background color work very well with the whole cyberpunk theme, something I didn't think possible. I usually assosiate lime greens and black with large cables but the aqua teal looks great here.
